Extract (multiple) single Frames from Videos

It's annoying that you need so many different tools. Sometimes, especially from fast scenes, I take videos in 60fps or even Slow-Motion Videos with 120fps / 240fps just to be able to get the perfect moment... That I then need to be able to extract. Like when taking "pictures" of thunderstorms
