Create Collections and store them

It is nice to have all the originals in Apple Photos - but they are all mixed.Private Photos, Family Stuff, an Invoice. As a photographer, I would rather prefer to have dedicated collections as second backup in this App since I frequently share specific pictures of those collections over and over.Why not Apple Photo Albums? Would be a solution but would also mean an extra step and the configuration and cropping would have to be redone every time. If I configured it once for a specific image for 5 platforms, I'd like to have it available that way for future use.
